Indus3D is an industrial 3D printing service in Israel. We run nine printing technologies in-house, including metal (SLM/DMLS on SLM 500 and EOS M290 machines), HP Multi Jet Fusion, SLS, SAF and PolyJet, with 156 materials, CNC machining and 3D scanning under the same roof. AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified, and an approved supplier to the Israeli Ministry of Defense. From a single prototype to series of thousands of parts, for customers in Israel, Europe and the US.

We are an additive manufacturing bureau, not a marketplace: your parts are printed on our own machines, by our own engineers, at our factory in Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel. Our main office is in Moshav Petahia. Because we run every major process ourselves, we start from the part, not from the machine we happen to own, and recommend the technology and material that suit it, including when the honest answer is CNC machining rather than printing.

Why engineering teams choose Indus3D

  • Nine technologies in-house: FDM, FFF, SLA, DLP/P3, SLS, MJF, SAF, PolyJet and SLM/DMLS metal. One supplier for prototypes, polymer production parts and metal parts.
  • Metal printed in-house on SLM 500 and EOS M290 machines, in titanium, aluminium, stainless and tool steels, Inconel and other alloys, not sent to a subcontractor.
  • 156 materials, each listed with its manufacturer datasheet, from engineering nylons and flexible TPU to high-temperature resins and aerospace alloys.
  • Certified quality system: AS9100D (aviation, space and defence) and ISO 9001.
  • Approved supplier to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, with a supplier number at leading Israeli defence companies.
  • Authorized supplier for Stratasys and HP. Our team is certified for HP Jet Fusion 3D printers and holds Stratasys Academy certifications for FDM, PolyJet and P3.
  • Everything after printing, in-house: CNC machining, 3D scanning and reverse engineering, vapor smoothing (AMT PostPro), dyeing (DyeMansion) to RAL or Pantone colours, metal coatings and assembly.
  • Scale: more than 500,000 parts a year, more than 200 projects a year and over 300 customers a year.

Our 3D printing technologies

Technology What it is best at More
SLM / DMLS (metal) Dense metal parts with internal channels, lattices and consolidated assemblies, in titanium, aluminium, steels, nickel superalloys and copper alloys Metal 3D printing
MJF (HP Multi Jet Fusion) Functional nylon parts and short production runs with consistent properties MJF 3D printing
SLS Strong nylon, glass- and carbon-filled and flexible parts with no support structures SLS 3D printing
SAF (Stratasys) Powder-bed production of nylon and polypropylene parts in volume SAF materials
PolyJet Multi-material and full-colour models, rubber-like parts and realistic prototypes PolyJet 3D printing
SLA Fine detail and smooth surfaces in engineering resins SLA 3D printing
DLP / P3 Production-grade photopolymers, including elastomers and silicone DLP / P3 materials
FDM Large parts, jigs and fixtures in engineering thermoplastics FDM 3D printing
FFF Fast, economical prototypes on desktop printers (FFF is the same extrusion principle as FDM, on Bambu Lab machines with Bambu Lab’s official filaments) FFF 3D printing

Every material, with its datasheet: 3D printing materials.

Industries we work with

Examples of our work: projects.

From file to finished part

  1. Send your file: a STEP file (preferred) or STL, with the material, quantity and critical tolerances, ideally with a 2D drawing.
  2. Engineering review: our engineers check printability and recommend the technology, material and orientation for how the part will be used.
  3. Quote: parts, finishing and shipping in one quote.
  4. Production on our own machines, followed by any CNC machining and finishing the part needs.
  5. Inspection under our AS9100D / ISO 9001 quality system, then packing and shipping.

No CAD file yet? We scan existing parts and design new ones in-house: start without a file.

Working with customers in Europe and the US

We work with customers in Europe and the US as well as in Israel. Parts are made in-house in Israel and shipped from Israel; shipping is quoted per order, together with the parts.

To start, upload your files through our quote form or email them to [email protected].

Frequently asked questions

Is Indus3D a 3D printing service or a marketplace?

A service bureau. Parts are printed on our own machines at our factory in Kiryat Shmona, Israel, by our own team, including metal parts, which are printed in-house on SLM 500 and EOS M290 machines.

Which 3D printing technologies do you offer in Israel?

Nine, all in-house: FDM, FFF, SLA, DLP/P3, SLS, MJF, SAF, PolyJet and SLM/DMLS metal, with 156 materials. CNC machining and 3D scanning are in-house too.

Do you offer metal 3D printing?

Yes. We print titanium, aluminium, stainless and tool steels, nickel superalloys such as Inconel 718, Invar 36 and copper alloys by laser powder bed fusion, and machine them by CNC in-house. See metal 3D printing.

Do you offer HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)?

Yes. We are an authorized supplier for HP and our team is certified for HP Jet Fusion 3D printers. See MJF 3D printing.

Is Indus3D certified for aerospace and defence work?

Yes. Indus3D is AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified, and an approved supplier to the Israeli Ministry of Defense with a supplier number at leading Israeli defence companies. Certificate copies are sent on request.

Do you work with customers outside Israel?

Yes. We work with customers in Europe and the US. Parts ship from Israel, and shipping is quoted per order, together with the parts.

What is the minimum order?

One part. We produce everything from a single prototype to series of thousands of units.

What file should I send for a quote?

A STEP file is preferred; STL also works. Add the material, the quantity and any critical tolerances, ideally on a 2D drawing. If you have not chosen a material yet, tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend one.

Where is Indus3D located?

Our main office is at 1 Ha-Tamar St, Moshav Petahia 9979500, and our factory is at 3 Nahal Havushit St, Northern Industrial Area, Kiryat Shmona, Israel.

Have a part to make? Send the file

Send a STEP or STL with the material, quantity and critical tolerances, and our engineers will come back with a recommendation and a quote, including if another process suits the part better.
