17-4PH 1.4542

SLM / Metal · Steel · Metallic steel

17-4PH is a Cr-Ni-Cu precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel offering very high corrosion resistance – against intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue alike. It suits a wide temperature range, from cryogenic to over 320°C, which makes it a versatile material for aerospace, chemical and petrochemical, and medical applications.
