Industry Design Ltd. (“Indus3D”, “the Company”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on indus3design.com and in our services, why, what we do with it, who receives it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and other applicable law. Using the site or providing information constitutes acceptance of this policy. In case of discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. What we collect, and how

Information you give us through the “Get a quote”, “Send a file” and “Contact” forms, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp: full name, company, role, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your enquiry, manufacturing requirements, requested delivery date, design files (CAD, STL, STEP etc.) and drawings, and later order, shipping and billing details. Payment card details are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically while you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, visit times, referral source and cookie identifiers (see section 7).

Is providing it mandatory? No. You provide information voluntarily. Without contact details we cannot answer you or prepare a quote; without files we cannot price or manufacture.

Your design files are business information belonging to you and your customers. We treat them as confidential: access is limited to our engineering and production team, and they are used solely for manufacturability review, quoting, production and warranty.

2. What we use it for

Answering enquiries and preparing quotes.
Fulfilling orders: production, quality control, finishing, shipping, invoicing and collection.
Post-delivery service, support and warranty, and repeat orders.
Managing the business relationship in our customer-management system.
Improving the site and our service through statistical analysis of site usage.
Professional and marketing mailings (updates on materials, technologies and offers), only with your explicit consent or as an existing customer under section 30A(c) of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, always with a simple opt-out in every message.
Meeting legal obligations (for example retaining accounting records) and protecting our legal rights.

3. Who receives it

We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with:

Service providers acting on our behalf, bound to confidentiality and data security: our website hosting and e-mail providers; our customer and project management system (monday.com); site analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager); the form and file-upload system (Gravity Forms, installed on the site’s own server); the accessibility plugin (Enable); shipping companies, accountants and legal advisers.
Manufacturing subcontractors, only when a specific production or finishing step is carried out by a subcontractor, only the files needed for that step, and under a confidentiality agreement.
Authorities, where required by law or in legal proceedings.
An acquirer of the Company’s business, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

4. Transfers outside Israel

Some of our providers (Google, monday.com) store data on servers in the European Union and the United States. Transfers are made under the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001: to countries providing an adequate level of protection, or subject to the provider’s contractual undertaking to protect the data to the standard required by Israeli law, and with your consent as set out in this policy. Customers in the EU/UK: where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, the legal bases we rely on are performance of a contract (quotes and orders), our legitimate interest in running and improving our service, legal obligation (accounting records) and consent (marketing).

5. How long we keep it

6. Data security

We apply organisational and technical measures in line with the Data Security Regulations, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access, two-factor authentication on management systems, backups, regular security updates and an incident-handling procedure. No security measure is absolute; in the event of a serious security incident we will act and report as the law requires.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some site features (forms, accessibility preferences) may then not work properly. To opt out of Google Analytics measurement: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Your rights

Access to the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
Correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14).
Unsubscribe from mailings via the link in every message or by contacting us; done within 3 business days.
Deletion of design files on written request, subject to what the law requires us to keep (invoices).
Objection to direct marketing (section 17F).

9. Minors

The site and services are intended for businesses and adults over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we learn of such information, we delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date appear at the top of the page. A material change in how we use information will also be notified to registered customers by e-mail. Previous versions are available on request.
